We offer general home cleaning, deep cleaning, and customized services based on your needs. This includes surface wiping, floor care, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and more.

⏰ How long does a typical cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home and the plan you choose.

On average:

Basic Fresh takes 1.5–2 hours

Fresh Plus takes 2–3 hours

Fresh Move varies depending on the requested service

📅 Can I book a one-time clean or do I need a subscription?

Yes! We offer both one-time cleaning sessions and recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). You choose what fits your lifestyle best.

Absolutely. Our team comes fully equipped with eco-friendly and high-quality cleaning products. If you prefer we use your own, just let us know!

Yes! We use safe, non-toxic, and pet-friendly products to ensure the health of your furry friends.

🚪 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access and go about their day. Your trust and security are a top priority—we treat your home like our own.

💳 How do I pay for your services?

We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Venmo, or credit/debit cards. Payment instructions are provided after booking confirmation.

❌ What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without any fee. Late cancellations may incur a small charge.
